St. Petro Mohyla Institute (SPMI)
The Institute is a home away from home for students including but not limited to those of Ukrainian ancestry from all parts of Saskatchewan, as well as other provinces, while they are pursuing higher education at University, Business College or Technical School.
It is a centre for the extra-curricular activities of its resident students, students outside the Institute, and for the continuation of adult education.

The Institute also serves as a centre for cultural activities for Canadians of Ukrainian descent in the province of Saskatchewan.
Rates & Application Info
SPMI has fully furnished rooms for both male and female students. These rooms are either shared doubles, small singles or large singles. Included in the room rates is the cost of meals.
Summer Rates
Rates start at $325/week including all meals! Focus your energy on earning money this summer, not spending it eating out or cooking at home.
Pay for 3 or 4 months now and stay from May to August for the lowest rates available:
- $875 base accommodation fees for a small room, single occupancy with wireless internet
- $975 base accommodation fees for a large room, single occupancy with wireless internet
- Double occupancy base rate of $800 each (includes all meals for both parties)
Long Term Rates
Accommodation fees for residents staying a minimum of 4 months may be as low as:
- $875 base accommodation fees for a small room, single occupancy with wireless internet
- $975 base accommodation fees for a large room, single occupancy with wireless internet
- Double occupancy base rate of $800 each (includes all meals for both parties)

Group Accommodations
Please call for options and availability. A formal proposal will be provided to you.
Each resident within the group is required to fill out an application and sign a residence agreement.

Other Possible One Time Fees
- Upon vacating residence, a minimum cleaning fee of $125 will be charged up to a maximum of the cleaning and repair costs required to bring the room up to move in standards.
- Each set of keys that is not returned will result in a $75 charge upon termination of residence. In the case of lost keys during the year, a new set will be provided for a $75 fee.
- Fines for smoking, disorderliness, extreme uncleanliness, and as determined necessary by the Executive Director, will be charged at $300.
- Late payment fee charges accrue at $10/day.
- NSF fee is $50.
- Linens are available for a one time fee of $50.
- Additional cleaning of linens will be charged at $30 per cleaning.
- Parking is available for $50/month with a minimum 8 month agreement.
