St. Petro Mohyla Institute is a student residence located just three blocks from the University of Saskatchewan. All students are welcome, whether you are attending university, college or a trades school.
We have a variety of room styles available, from traditional dormitory style with shared washrooms to private suites and an apartment. All of our rooms come fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet.
Included in your rent at Mohyla Institute are all utilities, internet and cable, and all meals. You will also have access to all of the building amenities.

There are two RAs (Resident Assistants) available from September to April to assist residents with any issues that may arise.
