Room Styles

We have a variety of room styles available, from traditional dormitory style with shared washrooms to private suites and an apartment.

Regular Single

The rooms are approximately 105 sq ft

  • Fully furnished bedroom a twin bed, desk, chair, and one floor to ceiling closets with built in dressers.
    If the room is set up as a double it contains two twin beds.
  • Monitored fire alarms
  • Building amenities included
  • Rent includes buffet-style meals and a 24/7 food area called Baba’s Bistro

Large Single or Double

The rooms are approximately 150 sq ft

  • Fully furnished bedroom twin bed, desk, chair, and two floor to ceiling closet with a built in dresser
  • Monitored fire alarms
  • Building amenities included
  • Rent includes buffet-style meals and a 24/7 food area called Baba’s Bistro

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are gendered and there is either a men’s or a women’s washroom in each wing. The wings are co-ed with a short walk to either wing to reach the washrooms. 

Suite

Have a private washroom and are the size of a large room.
